My client based in St Ives Cambridgeshire is currently looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their team on a Full Time Permanent basis.Key activities:· Direct responsibilities are to sell the benefits of the companies service to clients · You will liaise with the clients, legal firms and estate agents to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service · This position is heavily sales based whilst delivering excellent customer service · The need to maintain relationships and service levels with estate agents and legal firms Additional key activities: · Preparation and delivery of some reporting and incentives where required · Recommendations of actions required by clients to progress the service · Demonstrate progression against individual and company objectives · Promote additional companies services where required Skills · Sales experience is essential · Ability to influence others · Self- motivated · Able to work under pressure and maintain your own case load · You will need to work well in a team environment and on your own initiative · Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner · Able to create and maintain relationships with customers and clients · Time management · Basic Excel Skills If you have sales experience and are up for a new challenge please email your CV to or call .
