At Select Hospitality we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the management team at this recently renovated stunning independent boutique hotel, restaurant & bar located in the picturesque area ofSt Ives, Cambridgeshire.My client is a successful restaurant & hotel looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the owners & new head chef in the running the recently revamped business.Its an exciting time for my client, with the appointment of an ambitious award winning head chef and a desire to push the restaurant to AA rosette standard food in the new year, this is a great time to join to reap the benefits of the forecasted business growth. My client will invest in you from day one and with their backing you will be coached and trained to run the business following their procedures. As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager, Head Chef & senior management team to grow and build the business, attracting customers to the site and ensuring all guests receive excellent service and quality food and drink.You will be responsible for managing, training & coaching a team of up to 12 Front of House Staff catering to over 1000 covers a week as well as managing a range of private events functions.
