Job Description

Are you a determined, ambitious, driven person who isnt afraid to make a decisionDo you want to be a part of a rapidly growing ambitious company If yes, then this will be a fantastic opportunity for you.Our client is looking for a Site Manager to manage multii-utility teams, re-instatement teams & site operatives on a day-to-day basis.Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Supervise Internal and external teams on site
  • Ensure all works carried out is to network and HSQE standards
  • Undertake and record site audits
  • Organize and supervise operations teams to ensure safe working and productivity is maximized
  • Liaise with clients site managers
  • Work alongside Project managers to ensure connection and live working is programmed
  • Effective management of multiple sites
  • Regular updates on progression of projects to project manager and Head of Operations
  • Record weekly measure of productivity
  • Organise and programme materials for backfill and reinstatement
    • Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in site supervision within multi-utility works
  • Previous experience of craft skills working within the industry(ideally gas and water background)
  • Solid organisational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer literate
  • The following qualifications would be beneficial SSSTS.SMSTS, street work supervisor, EUSR
