Job Description

Are you someone with outstanding personal & organisational skills, someone with the ability to adapt new skills and perform under pressure. Then you are the person our client is looking for.Our client is looking for aTechnical Administrator to join their team.BackgroundThey are ideally looking for someone within the utility industry or construction industry.Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create new jobs, designs & POC’s
  • Create new job folders & update all relevant sections on tracker
  • Retrieve utility maps gas, water, electric
  • Complete, track and submission of POC applications
  • Sign and return/pay for POCS
  • Retrieve/liaise with client for all design documents per accepted job
  • Pay and track water application fees
  • Track all updates, email correspondence on NED tracker design comments
  • Submit gas design to relevant DNO and IDNO completing appropriate forms to follow through to acceptance
  • Filing relevant documents/emails NED folder
  • Liaise with managers and track progress of design amendment’s/approvals
  • Chasing emails to clients, DNO and IDNOS
  • Arranging site meetings between clients and PMs
  • Compiling developer packs for pre site meetings
  • Plant Hire, Office & General Orders
  • Hiring and off hiring of machinery and materials
  • Office stationery, PPE wear
  • Paying for section 50s
  • All other orders and payments upon request
  • General office filing of all paperwork and delivery notes
