Job Description

Are you looking for a flexible and Rewarding Care Role where you can make a real difference to the lives of others Reeve Court are looking to recruit experienced & qualified Resident Support Workers to join the well-established Care Team. Reeve Court Village offers Independent Living for the over 55s who still wish to be part of a community.Role: Resident Support Worker x 2Hours: 19.5 hours per weekRate of Pay: from £9.30 to £9.50 per hour (dependent upon level of qualification)The people we would like to hear from will ideally be qualified up to NVQ Level 2 or QCF Diploma Level 2 and above in Health & Social Care or will have gained experience in a similar role with a kind and caring disposition.Enthusiastic, with a can-do attitudeallowing you to make a difference and bePersonable with ability to build rapport with residents.As a Resident Support Worker, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks

  • Provide all aspects of care to our residents
  • Promoting and supporting the physical. Emotional and well-being of our residents
  • Encourage independence and self-belief
  • Provide a personalised housing related to support service
