Job Description

Gas Supervisor £34,000 to £36,500 per annum DOEFull-time, permanentMerseysideM&Y Maintenance and Construction is now recruiting a Gas Supervisor to work with our M&E team in Merseyside. About the roleApplicants with an enthusiastic and structured outlook to service delivery are invited to apply for this role within our M&E team. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and quality control of the Gas team. You will ensure sector leading customer service and identify efficiencies.The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following ACS qualifications:

  • CCN1
  • CENWAT1
  • HTR1
  • CKR1
  • MET1
    • Commercial heating and unvented system qualification would be an advantage. Previous supervisory experience with Gas Engineers is desirable along with experience in domestic gas central heating systems and repairs. You will also possess experience dealing with customers on a daily basis with various communication methods and resolving their issues.A basic DBS check is required for this role.About M&Y Maintenance and ConstructionM&Y Maintenance and Construction provides responsive repairs, planned works, renewables and new build services to clients across the North West.
