Job Description

Gas Engineer £31,924 per annumFull-time, permanentMerseysideM&Y Maintenance and Construction is now recruiting for a Gas Engineer to work with our M&E team in Merseyside. About the roleThe main purpose of this role is to service and repair gas appliances within Regenda properties across Merseyside area.We are searching for a candidate who possesses demonstrable experience of working in gas maintenance in a responsive repairs environment and / or a building maintenance / social housing organisation. You will have an NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant qualification along with the following ACS qualifications:

  • CCN1
  • CENWAT1
  • HTR1
  • CKR1
  • MET1.
    • The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of domestic heating systems. An unvented HW qualification would be advantageous but not essential.A full UK driving license and a basic DBS check is required for this role.About M&Y Maintenance and ConstructionM&Y Maintenance and Construction provides responsive repairs, planned works, renewables and new build services to clients across the North West.
