Job Description

Were urgently recruiting for an experienced Exports Administrator for one of our St Helens based client. The role will be office based, full time hours and a 6 months fixed term contract (may extend beyond that)

  • £19,000-£20,000
  • 6 months fixed term contract (may extend beyond that)
  • Very data entry focussed
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong admin skills, organised, patient
  • Ideally with a Freight/ Export background, dealing with commodity codes, dealing with customs
  • The Exports Administrator will provide administrative support for the customer facing activities, in order to maintain the effective running of the companys shipping and transport services.
  • The successful candidate must maintain strong working relationships, both internally and externally, ensuring that consignments are handled on time and in accordance with agreed rules HMRC formalities and cost structures.- Previous Administration experience- Experience of working in a customer focussed environment- Attention to detail and willingness to learn- Experience of working in Exports/Freight forwarding is desirable but not essential- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
