Electrical EstimatorSt HelensNegotiable Salary DOE + Pension + Bonus + Private Health CareExcellent opportunity for someone from an Electrical background to build on their skillset in an Estimator role where they can join a growing team as part of one of the leading Energy project developers in the UK.The company is geared towards development, working alongside DNOs, land agents/owners and financial institutions including some of the biggest investment partners to develop nationwide large-scale energy projects. They help to solve client energy issues withSolar, Battery and Wind Energy solutions. They are now looking to expand in all areas of the company, taking on new staff to help oversee their increasingly diverse portfolio.In this role, youll working alongside the Connections Lead and wider Business Solutions team to present costings for behind-the-meter and standalone Energy Generation projects. The role will also involve researching the costs of materials such as Cabling andStep-Up/Down Transformers. As well as obtaining quotes, the estimator will build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors and will then prepare and submit quotations for work done.The ideal candidate will be educated to Degree level and/or will have relevant vocational experience within an Electrical discipline. The candidate will have some experience with Estimating and will be looking to broaden their skillset within this area.
