Job Description

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children We are seeking a dedicated registered manager to lead brand-new children and young people residential home in Carr Mill, St Helens. This is a unique chance to shape the culture and successof the home from the very beginning.As the Registered Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional care and managerial oversight. You will ensure the home operates in accordance with all regulatory standards and achieves the highest levels of care and service.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the home.
  • Lead and inspire a team of care professionals.
  • Develop and implement care plans that cater to the individual needs of the residents.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Foster relationships with local authorities, families, and external agencies.

About You:
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within children’s residential care.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A commitment to the ethos of providing child-centred care.
