Job Description

Job descriptionFast & Fresh Restaurants are the development agents for Subway in Lancashire, Cumbria, Merseyside and Cheshire. We are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our Head Office team in St Helens.Purpose of the RoleReporting into the Accounts Manager and working within a small team, the responsibilities will include the full Purchase ledger cycle from matching and batching invoices, through to reconciliations and processing payments. You will ideally already haveexperience of working within Purchase Ledger and Payroll.Benefits

Principle Accountabilities
  • Purchase Ledger process from Authorisation of invoices through to payments including Account reconciliation and invoice queries
  • Payroll Processing - Processing of timesheets through to payment of wages and monthly PAYE reconciliation
  • Store cash & stock reconciliation
  • Reviewing supplier contracts
  • Review and process monthly credit cards & expense claims
  • Any ad hoc tasks in accordance with the needs of the business
Person Specification
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literate - Microsoft office
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Good time-management skills, ability to work towards deadlines
  • Proactive
  • Good administration skills
  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance
  • Must be highly professional
  • Experience of Sage preferred but not essential
