This role isnt just about keeping the wheels turning; its about steering the ship towards new and exciting horizons.Your New Adventure:As part of the leadership squad, youll be in the thick of it, working directly with the MD to carve out the future of the business. Here’s what youll be up to:

  • Crafting and executing strategies to hit those sales targets and keep clients super happy.
  • Leading, inspiring, and coaching your team to be their best.
  • Keeping the sales and account management practices sharp, especially when it comes to tools like Salesforce.
  • Being the go-to person for market insights and savvy strategies that align with the big-picture goals.
  • Making sure your team has everything they need to deliver and spotting any roadblocks before they become problems.
About you:
  • You’ll have plenty of experience in managing managers and a broad skill set across marketing, sales and customer success.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM software
  • Experience in client retention in a B2B environment
  • Proven expertise in team leadership and mentoring
