Yes you will be leading the Finance team, have responsibility for the companys financial health but you will also be the right hand person to the MD and will support the business in achievingits commercial objectives. As Finance Director, you will need to put process in place as even though the ground work is done, there is a considerable opportunity to advance the set-up of the function and ensure the platform for growth is in place.You will be responsible for managing all aspects of reporting, presentation of results to all stakeholders and ensure the group hit their AOP targets. You will be actively managing M & A activity as the business looks to build its pipeline.You will need to be very creative and get things done! You will possess gravitas and demonstrate a service ethos for your function.
