Job Description

Customer Service - Nordic, St. Albans, £24,000 + 10% Bonus BenefitsAre you an enthusiastic individual with a passion for first class Customer ServiceDo you speak fluent Finnish or SwedishWould you like to work for a range of world leading brandsKey Purpose of the role: To give a friendly, first-class customer service to all our wholesale customers in the North Europe region via phone and email communicationsCustomer Service Key Tasks:

  • Primarily assisting our Nordic wholesale customers & occasionally customers in English from other regions;
  • Handling cross-category inbound enquiries by telephone & email; to proactively offer an alternative solution or product if the original request is not possible;
  • Actioning proactive outbound campaigns on matters such as product information, upcoming events, out of stock & service initiatives
  • Support customers to insert orders into our B2B platform & with any information regarding aftersales processes
  • Maintain highest level of proactive service - every order is important
  • Work closely & efficiently with our external departments, such as production, distribution, marketing, credit control & finance
  • Keep up-to-date with latest product releases and communication
  • Exceeding customer expectations no matter the type of enquiry by making each customer feel that nothing is too much trouble
  • Significantly contributing to the department’s KPIs through working as a team player and individual performance;
  • Ongoing development of product and customer knowledge
  • Receive inbound calls and emails
  • Respond to product queries by having an excellent knowledge of the merchandise
  • Provide updates on stock availability
  • Provide alternative suggestions where necessary to benefit the customer and company
  • Provide excellent service levels
  • Handle escalations effectively and professionally
    • Customer Service Required Skills and Experience:
  • A fluent Finnish or Swedish speaker with excellent written skills
  • Professional attitude when dealing with our customers & colleagues at all times;
  • Have an excellent standard of telephone manner & written skills
  • Be able to self-motivate, organise, show initiative and willingness to learn;
  • Have an outgoing personality
  • Have experience of working in a target-driven environment
  • Working as a team player by helping others when needed & to actively contribute in group discussions;
  • To be responsible and trustworthy
