Account Executive, St. Albans Town Centre, £23,000 - £27,000

    • So what is the role
  • Sitting within the Client Services team, the role requires you to work closely with Account Managers to support them in the implementation of client research projects, right through to the presentation of results
  • Daily communication with key customers in the retail and hospitality sectors
  • Working on research projects, identifying trends and behaviours to support our valued customers gain growth
  • Turning data in to insight and insight in to a story
  • Supporting Account Managers with key tasks, presentations and meeting preparation
  • Liaising with our US teams, working as a global collaborative team
    • This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a degree in a research based subject (Psychology, Sociology, History, Geography, Business, etc.), who is looking to kick-start their career! You will play an integral role in helping clients to truly understand their customers’ journey, and make key decisions based on insight delivered by your team.For this role, the following skillset is essential:
  • Educated to degree level in a research based subject OR a graduate with experience in the consumer insight / market research sector (degree classification- 2.1 minimum)
  • Excellent communication skills - as you will need to liaise with employees of all levels and senior clients
  • Confident with presenting - you will be required to assist the Account Managers at client meetings
  • High attention to detail
  • Sincere passion for customer service
