Job Description

This is the perfect opportunity for a capable individual looking to jump-starttheir career within an established organisation.In this role you will:

  • Offer vital support to the wider rent and service charge team by developing your knowledge of policies and legislation
  • Process all data regarding rents and service charges whilst maintaining a meticulous eye for detail and ensuring all information and calculations are recorded correctly
  • Stay up to date with all changes to sector specific legislation and policies to ensure they are adhered to when assisting the department in setting and reviewing rental charges.
  • Be a key point of contact with external and internal stakeholders to answer queries and provide crucial information regarding changes in rent.
  • Aid in the production of rental reports and processing of information to ensure all deadlines and targets are met across the organisation.
This role is being offered on a remote basis, with the requirement to only to go into the office on an occasional basis for team meetings. The successful candidate will benefit from working underneath a highly respected manager with expertise and guidanceto share!
