The successful candidate will benefit from working within a fast-paced and innovativeenvironment with a highly respected line manager who can offer a vast amount of wisdom regarding service charge legislation.Key duties of this role include:

  • Taking full responsibility over the processing of service charges and ensuring all statutory requirements are met in line with legislation.
  • Offering valuable insight into the development of the service charge setting process and ensure this process is consistent across the department.
  • Comprehending and manipulating data in order to produce the necessary reports required by senior management.
  • Answering all service charge policy related queries for both internal and external stakeholders and educating colleagues on changes in policy or legislative changes.
  • Holding key oversight of the budget setting process for service charges and help develop service charges accordingly.
This opportunity is being offered on a remote basis, only requiring you to go into the office for meetings once every six weeks, making it a perfect role for a candidate seeking a great work-life balance.
