Job Description

PE Global is currently recruiting for a Sample Receipt Technician for a leading multi-national Animal Health client based in Speke.Responsibilities:

  • Manage receipt, storage and disposal of all samples in the laboratory (final product and stability), ensuring all documentation is maintained to GMP standards and samples are received into the Darwin system in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all reference samples are stored and documented in accordance with relevant procedures.
  • Perform packaging inspections on various packaging items and document. Escalate any non-conformances found during packaging inspections to QCL Management and liaise with supply chain to confirm priorities
  • Purchasing and stores orders for the labs, tracking expenditure and raising any potential overspends with Laboratory Leader.
  • Archiving of laboratory documentation in line with relevant procedures/policies.
  • Maintain laboratory and office areas in compliance with cGMP and safety requirements.
  • When appropriately trained, perform chemical testing of purchased and manufactured materials. Report results using standard laboratory systems.
Requirements:
  • BSc in a relevant discpline
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • GMP experience
