Job Description

Sales ExecutiveNorth Liverpool£20,000 to £21,000 plus un-capped commissionPermanentAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join my client in North Liverpool. The position will be working within a growing sales team within the health and wellbeing sector. The opportunity is office based and comes with a basic salary of£20,000 to £21,000 plus un-capped commission. Standard working hours for the role are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.The main duties of a Sales Executive are;

  • Achieve sales and performance targets through outbound calling
  • Make initial contact with key decision makers and build a business relationship
  • Use a consultative sales approach to identify suitable products to meet customer needs
  • Listen and understand the clients needs to ensure a tailored solution
  • Effectively manage diary and sales pipeline of prospects
  • Produce quotes
  • Carry out research actively and be up to date with the latest industry news and regulations
  • Accurately log all calls and keep the CRM system up to date
  • Self-source new leads
  • Ensure company remain GDPR compliant
To be considered for this position you must possess the following;
  • Telephone sales experience would be desirable
  • A high work ethic and have the ability to bounce back positively from rejection
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and listening skills coupled with a professional telephone manner
  • Basic IT skills
