Across the UK, Pinnacle supports over 300,000 homes, 200 schools and 80 public buildings creating value, providing stewardship and generating positive outcomes for our customers, our partners and our clients.The landmark National Accommodation Management Services (NAMS) contract for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) goes live in March 2022 to provide Service Family Accommodation housing management to 49,000 homes, and the service families who livein them.As a member of the National Service Centre Team this role will be responsible for helping to create an effective and efficient function with a positive workplace culture, that will enable us to deliver an excellent service, putting the customer at the centreof our approach, focusing on enhancing the lived experience behind every move in, move out and repairs and maintenance process, delivering top quality housing management services every time.The Role - Recruitment AdministratorPinnacle Group are looking for an enthusiastic individual Recruitment Administrator to assist with the recruitment on a large Ministry of Defence housing contract. This job is perfect for someone with an interest in recruitment or looking to pursue a careerin recruitment.Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the Recruitment Administrator role will be responsible for recruitment of staff, on boarding new recruits, security clearance of staff including training support.Duties/Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment of employees
  • On boarding new employees on to the HR system.
  • Ordering of IT equipment.
  • Security clearing new employees including working closely with the vetting team.
  • Supporting the security vetting clearance process
  • Supporting the general administration of the National Service Centre including on site facilities management
  • Supporting the interview process including conducting interview on behalf of the management team
  • Capturing accurate data and general information as part of the selection process
  • Liaising with external agencies to source suitable candidates
Skills Required
  • Acts as a recruitment administrator to assist recruitment for National Service Centre (NSC) support the team in line with all HR polices and procedures.
  • Proactive and well organised
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support with training.
  • Ability to constructively challenge and give/ receive feedback.
  • Empathetic approach.
  • Fantastic listening and communication skills as well as a professional manner.
  • Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
