Putting this commitment into practice, you will therefore ensure that our practices and all related documentation are complying with regulatory requirements such as ISO13485, Good Manufacturing Practice, In Vitro Diagnostic Regulation, and our Quality Management system. Writing and maintaining product related documentation and identifying and correcting gaps in the transition from the IVDD to the IVDR you will share your specialist regulatory knowledge of reagents product design, manufacture and release, plus you will support the development of new Reagents services. You will use your up-to-date knowledge of the sector to ensure we are aware of emerging scientific developments that will benefit our patients.This is an exciting opportunity to develop your capabilities in a progressive organisation. To thrive in the role, you will need to have significant specialist knowledge in reagents production and regulatory compliance, garnered in a highly regulated environment that is relevant to diagnostic services. With an in-depth knowledge of standards and guidelines affecting laboratory practice and reagents production, you will be HCPC registered and have a science degree. With confident auditing and validating capabilities, you will have excellent data analysis and IT skills. To be part of this exciting journey, get in touch today.The normal working hours for this role are as follows:Post 1: Permanent role, 22.5 hours per week, days and times to be agreed Monday- FridayPost 2: Fixed term role until 31st March 2022, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30Please note: secondments will be considered for NHSBT staff wishing to apply for this fixed term role. However, please discuss the possibility of a secondment with your current line manager before applying.Liverpool Blood Centre is the preferred location for this role.
