Job Description

Were looking for an Architect to join our Design and Business Servicesteam based in Liverpool or Lincoln.Location: Liverpool or Lincoln - remote working is available, with travel to the office when required, around three times a week.Contract: Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us knowWhat will you be responsible forAs an Architect, youll be working within the Design and Business Servicesteam, supporting them to complete projects within the agreed cost and budget parameters. Your day to day will include:

  • Assessing which surveys are required before work can start, ensure they are completed and their results fed into the project,
  • Running projects on site,
  • Designing exciting commercial projects in REVIT/BIM.
  • Knowledge sharing within the team.
What are we looking forThis role of Architect is great for you if:
  • You are an individual who has experience of managing design teams,
  • Are able to demonstrate experience in REVIT/BIM,
  • You will hold a chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists, or HNC/Degree,
  • Have experience of completing projects within a commercial capacity.
