Job Description

Accounts PayableSouth Liverpool£22,000 to £24,000 basic salaryMonday to Friday during core office hoursPermanentAn opportunity has become available for an Accounts Payable to join our client in the South Liverpool area. Working within the wider Finance team, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices and payments. On offer is a basic salary of £22,000 to£24,000 working Monday to Friday during core office hours. The role is offered on a permanent basis.The main duties of an Accounts Payable are;

  • To process all purchase invoices in a timely and efficient manner to ensure accurate reporting costs
  • Obtaining authorisation within the business for all invoices and ensure timescales are met
  • Work closely with senior management to ensure the accounts payable ledger is fully reconciled on a monthly basis
  • Reporting creditor balances; clearing transactions
  • Ensuring all supplier payments are made accurately and in a timely manner
  • Any other general accounts/finance administration tasks
