Workshop Controller Shift Patterns: Mon - Friday (occasional Saturdays as required)PAYE Rate: £40,000 - £45,000 (Depending on experience) + Workshop profit related bonus + Use of company vehicleHours: 7am - 4:30pmThis fantastic and exciting permanent opportunity would suit either an existing Workshop Controller or an experienced Level 3 vehicle technician looking for their first step into workshop management.The Role:Opportunity to join a successful privately owned business operating on a national basis that deliver a variety of service solutions to the UK leading automotive financial services. A division of the business is a standalone fleet maintenance business operating from a modern, well maintained workshop with x3 ramps and the latest tooling. You will be responsible for a small team of technicians to ensure the maintenance and repair of a fleet. It is expected that initially 70% of your working day will be spent on the tools’ assisting with the day-to-day repairs and maintenance of the fleet. Whilst your remaining time will be spending on managerial responsibility such as monitoring service delivery, man management and compliance.The fleet consists of;
