Our client, an independent service centre, are looking for a Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester for their Spalding site.As a successful Vehicle Technician you will need to have a good understanding of mechanics and a good attitude to work. We want to train and develop you to be as good as you can be. You will need to have a Level 3 or equivalent certification and a live MOTcard.Full UK driving licence preferably clean but definitely with no previous bans. Own tools would be advantageous.You will have local service centre/privately owned garage or main dealer experience. As an experienced technician, you will be replacing clutches, cambelts, doing A/C regassing changing tyres and brakes, and doing routine servicing.The successful candidate will be a good all-rounder and team player, able to work on their own initiative but not afraid to ask for help.The centre is open Monday to Saturday and the successful candidate will work 5 days a week, including a Saturday on a rota, with a day off in the week.In return, we offer a salary up to £29,000 for a Level 3 with MOT card depending on experience.If youre looking to take the next step in your career then apply now!
