Job Title: Site Manager - Residential ConstructionLocation: SpaldingSalary: £45,000 - £60,000 (Dependent on Experience)Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflow.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
Regularly inspect work progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and resolutions.
Manage personnel on site, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure a cohesive and productive team.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.
Strong knowledge of general house build standards and construction processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Adept at problem-solving and making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.
Construction-related qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
