Henderson BrownSenior Business Analyst - Up to £50,000 - SpaldingMonday - Friday, 9am - 5pm - PermanentHenderson Brown is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading and dynamic digital consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Business Analyst due to substantial growth.The key objective is to hold a strong Business Analytics background with previous experience working on large-scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.Main Responsibilities*Liaising with other the companies IT staff including programmers to produce new systems.*Communicating with the software testing teams ensuring specification requirements are translated into test plans, cases, and steps to ensure functionality is working correctly and nothing has been missed in the new applications developed.*Reporting, documenting, and communicating your findings across the business functions.*Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.*Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep colleagues and clients up to date with the project.*Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level.*Focusing on quality improvement and data management.*Ensuring data is reliable and valid.*Developing process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination.*Integrating new systems and processes with existing ones.*Partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies*Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements and provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.The Candidate*Automation knowledge and experience in software applications.*Previous experience operating as a Senior Business Analyst or equivalent*Experience working on large scale projects as well as being involved in day-to-day operational requests from the business.*Understanding of indices, fundamentals, and analytical data, returns level data.*Data analysis - must have proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel.Benefits*Free onsite parking*5 weeks holiday + 8 bank holidays.*Bonus paid twice a year subject to achieving budgeted sales.*Death in service insurance (1 years salary).*Fully funded Christmas party.*Birthday and work anniversary gifts.*Employee of the month bonus.The first stage of the application process is to apply online.
