QA/Test manager | Spalding | To c.£50kAre you an experienced QA Manager with exceptional people skills who is looking to join a close-knit business as they go through a period of strong growth If so, this role could be right for you. Our client are looking to speak to people with a strong backgroundin manual (or automation) testing, who have experience of managing more junior members of staff who can effectively make a change in the business.This role is a nice hybrid of QA Testing and people management. Youll work closely with our clients talented developers and product team to ensure their platforms are best in class. Our client work in an Agile environment, so youll need to be flexible,proactive, and passionate about quality. This is a hands-on role for someone with a decent amount of QA experience, ideally in professional services (although were open to the industries youve worked in).Youll get to flex your API testing skills and expertise with various office systems. Youll need to be well versed in testing tools, such as: Test Rail, JIRA, SOAP UI, among others. This is predominantly a manual testing position; however, our client willbe looking to implement automation testing at some point - so if youve got an interest (or even some experience within this) then thats going to stand you in good stead.This is a management position so you will be working closely with more junior members of staff to help them grow and further their careers within Quality Assurance. On the management side of things, you will need to be a person who can come in from day oneand effect change within a business. The ability to be able to grow the QAs youll be managing is paramount to this role, and youll need to have demonstrable experience doing so in your career.Our client are a close-knit business who are looking for an ambitious individual to join them ASAP.
