Job Description

Are you hungry for a new challenge Were recruiting for Picking Operatives to join us in Spalding (Clay Lake site).4 on 4 off Purple ShiftAll shifts are 18:00 to 06:00 hours£10.82 per hour for night shiftDue to phenomenal growth were looking for Picking OperativesThis role will require you to be:

  • a team player who can work quickly and efficiently in cold conditions
  • Were looking for quick learners who are hungry to hit targets and get involved with Gousto Culture
  • Renowned for how we value and engage with our employees, at Gousto we value every single person who joins the team!
  • You will be responsible for 100s of families getting their Gousto Recipe Boxes packed everyday! Their box will stop in front of you and lights in front and behind will indicate the items they have chosen for their recipe.
  • Once you have picked all the correct items, the box will be on its way down the production line, ready to be sealed up and sent right to their home.
