Pastoral Year LeaderRequired as soon as possibleSalary £22,032 to £27,173 actual per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)37 hours per week, 40 weeks per yearSouth Lincolnshire Academies Trust is seeking to appoint a Year Leader to join the Pastoral Team at Cowley Academy, in Donington. Year Leaders are an integral part of the Pastoral Team. This is a highly valued and responsible position requiring a team playerwho is self-motivated and willing to respond enthusiastically in an organisation that has high expectations of all colleagues and students. This is a very exciting opportunity and the successful candidate must be inspirational and innovative; you will be joininga strong, dynamic and forward-thinking team who have excellent relationships with students, colleagues, parents/carers and supporting outside agencies.The role will involve providing pastoral support to the varying needs of our students in order for them to achieve academically and flourish as individuals.You must be able to model the emotional intelligence required to build effective and positive relationships with all in our community.The Trust offers exceptionally pleasant working environments.
