Our client have experienced strong growth overthe past eighteen months and are subsequently looking to strengthen their development team with a strong Node.js developer.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a few years commercial experience programming with Node.js, and have experience with TypeScript alongside your Node work. Your work will involve designing, developing, and deploying high-performance applicationsfor our clients customers - and then integrating them with the user-facing business in collaboration with the front-end development team.Youll need to be able to demonstrate your aptitude with JavaScript and ensure that our clients database is performing to best suit the business needs. Youll need to have a strong grip of HTML, JS, and CSS, and be used to writing clean and efficient code.It would be beneficial to our client if you had experience working with any cloud platform, and knowledge of cloud tools to go with this (although these are beneficial, and something that you can pick up in the future).This specific role is for a true back end Node.js enthusiast who has a good handle on databases - Youll not only bring top-notch technical capability to this role, but youll also have the ability to have an input in our clients technical direction… Sometimesmake those decisions that are crucial to the business and ultimately the overall success of this company! Youll be a seasoned, confident and knowledgeable Engineer… At the top of your game… No drama, no nonsense.Our client are a close-knit bunch, and subsequently, were looking for someone who is happy to come into the office 2/3 days per week and really muck in with the rest of the team.
