Job Description

Maintenance Engineer (Nights) (4 on 4 off)£45,000 - £49,500 + Overtime OTE £49k - £53.5k + Bonus + BenefitsSpalding, LincolnshireAre you a Maintenance Engineer from a Food / FMCG background or similar looking to join a well-established business, with on-going training, a competitive salary, optional overtime and the freedom shift work bringsThis is a 4 on 4 off, nights based position, where you will work on a variety of specialist machinery within the FMCG industry, conducting planned and reactive maintenance on Conveyers, Fillers, 3 Phase Motors and other relatable equipment. With some Electricalqualifications, you will have the basic knowledge required to technically develop in this position.This company are a market leader and have been established in their field for over a century. Coupled with excellent retention,this is great time to get on board and play a key role in their future.This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer from a Food / FMCG background or similar who is looking for training, development, optional overtime, and the freedom that Continental shift work brings.THE ROLE

  • Preventative and Reactive Maintenance on all FMCG equipment & machinery
  • 4 on 4 off Shift Pattern, 6pm - 6am, with optional overtime
THE PERSON
  • Previously worked in Food, FMCG or a similar environment
  • Some form of Electrical qualification
  • Understanding of Mechanical
  • Basic knowledge of PLCs
