Job Description

Top legal practice with offices across the Midlands, Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire area are currently recruiting a Paralegal within their commercial litigation department who has at least 12 month UK Litigation paralegal experience.Experience to include:

  • Producing legal documentation as required
  • Drafting of basic deeds, documents and letters
  • Drafting financial statements
  • Engaging in legal research as appropriate
  • Undertaking basic correspondence and telephone calls on client matters
  • Deal with administrative routines, and provide administrative support as required by the team; including scanning, faxing, printing, document binding/bundling, recording time and photocopying;
  • Operate case management system including storing documents electronically;
  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, e-mails and facsimile transmissions as required
Candidate specification:
  • 1 years UK Litigation Paralegal experience
  • Has attention to detail
  • Have a positive approach to teamwork and an ability to develop relationships
  • Have the ability to adapt to a broad range of circumstances and remain calm under pressure
  • Have flexibility and ambition
  • Have a strong desire to learn and widen knowledge
