Job Description

My client based on the outskirts of Spalding is currently seeking a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a recent college or university graduate!The successful applicant will be responsible for following marketing briefs and designing creative content for various media platforms.The Job:

  • Design regular features for the companys digital monthly magazine.
  • Design and manage monthly eMarketing campaigns.
  • Create graphics, including animated videos and GIFs for use on various social media platforms.
  • Create graphics for websites/blogs.
  • Design and create a monthly internal newsletter.
  • Support senior members of the team with ad hoc projects.
  • General marketing activity and administration.
The Individual:
  • A natural passion for creative and graphic design is essential.
  • Imaginative, creative and willing to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage projects and work to deadlines.
  • Strong team player, happy to support colleagues when needed.
  • Technical knowledge - Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and Photoshop). HTML & CSS, desirable but not essential.
