They are looking for someone who comes from an established organisation with a group or matrixstructure and has strong internal communication skills as you would be interacting with colleagues across different sites and offices, both in the UK and overseas. You will be business partnering with a range of stakeholders, ranging from Operational leaders in the business to commercial office functions, so the need to be adaptable with your communication style will be key.
