Position: Health and Safety ManagerSalary: £45,000Location: Spalding, LincolnshireComprehensive benefits packageSupportive and collaborative work environment.Are you passionate about creating a safe and secure work environment Do you have a background in health and safety management, coupled with facilities expertise If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!Position Overview:As a Health and Safety Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and visitors. You will be responsible for implementing and managing health and safety programs, policies, and procedures across all sites.The Role:- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures.- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.- Oversee safety training programs for employees and contractors.- Manage emergency response plans and drills.- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.- Investigate accidents and incidents and provide recommendations for prevention.- Collaborate with facilities management to ensure safe building operations.- Keep up to date with industry best practices and regulatory changes.What we need from you:- Proven experience in health and safety management, with a focus on facilities.- Relevant Qualifications – NEBOSH, IWFM- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and standards.- Strong communication and leadership skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.- Certification in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH) is a plus.Interaction Recruitment have specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
