Job Description

We are currently recruiting on a behalf of a one of the UK leading Broadband Suppliers based in Lincolnshire area. Family orientated business built a reputation for excellent service, innovation and being there for their customers and their employees!Due to continues growth and success of the business, we are pleased to be able to assist with a Head of Installation Control.Head of Installation Control Officer will require to oversee and drive the scheduling, efficiency and accuracy of our installation partners using Field force or another similar capability.The successful candidate will coordinate installation and repair activities in an exciting, fast-paced new start-up, working with the operations, sales and marketing teams to ensure that customer install and repair appointments and delays are managed toa successful conclusion.Key Duties/Responsibilities-Head of Installation Control

  • Build and manage a new Installation works control/dispatch department.
  • Lead on all activities with Installation control, including prioritisation, workflow management, jeopardy management, scheduling for installation and repair activities.
  • Monitor and report on scheduled planned work activities and manage the end-to-end workflow to key KPIs.
  • Ensure installation and repair teams are programmed effectively to satisfy location, skill set and work type
  • Work closely with Build Directors, Build Operations and Customer team to deliver a world-class customer installation and repair experience.
  • The main focal point for customer installation and repair escalations
  • Liaise with Installation teams, customers and sales teams to ensure customer expectations are delivered. The role may include direct customer liaison on dates and programming of work.
  • Liaise with the build control team to ensure the appropriate notices and permits have been requested in line with the proper work type.
An ideal Head of Installation Control will have:
  • At least three years of recent proven and relevant experience of leading a telecoms installation/scheduling control environment.
  • Experience with the installation process of Fibre to the Premise delivery both Underground and Overhead, including internal install.
  • Experience with Field Force workflow management system important
  • The ability to draw together different technical disciplines.
  • Agile approach in dealing with critical amendments and additions.
What we offer in return to Head of Installation Control Officer
  • Salary: £55000 per year
  • Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
  • Company Car allowance- £5000
  • Bonus 20% based on company targets and personal objectives
