Job Description

Job Title: Factory Team Leader Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Shift: 3,2,2,3 Hours: 6am - 6pm Location: SpaldingCoulter Elite Resourcing - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for Factory Team Leader (Days) to work for their client based in Spalding.This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join an established company who are specialists in their field.As Factory Team Leader you will be working in a similar role within a food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for circa 85 people. You will enforce the H&S / food safety policy and procedures whilst maintaining and implementing KPIs to drive performance.Principle Responsibilities:-

  • Organise and direct the team to achieve targets
  • Execute daily plan to meet timely delivery of product
  • Data input - hours, downtime recording, labour planning, shift reporting
  • Support shift manager with KPIs
  • Ensure work area is in line with BRC guidelines
  • Reduce package and product wastage
    • Person specification:-
  • MUST have Team /Area / Supervisor / Manager experience within food manufacturing
  • Ability to drive and lead a team
  • Understanding of KPIs
  • Computer literate
  • Good communicator
  • Food FMCG experience ESSENTIAL
    • This is a full time, permanent position working 3,2,2,3 - 6am - 6pm.
