Engineering Team Leader (Manufacturing)£35,000 - £40,000 + OTE £39,00-£44,000 + Benefits + TrainingSpalding, LincolnshireAre you an Engineering Team Leader or similar looking for an exciting and autonomous role that offers market leading training courses, progression opportunities, and a wide variety of work, within a long-standing and renowned Food Production companyIn this role you will be leading a team of mechanical and electrical engineers and managing their workloads, as well as working hands-on when needed.On offer is a Monday to Friday role which will include working on electro-mechanical systems, managing resources, completing work instructions, and coaching team members.This large, growing Food Production company have been highly regarded for decades, gaining repeat business with large clientele. Here they invest in staff internally and pride themselves on staff retention.This role would suit an Engineer from either a Mechanical or Electrical background that has experience leading a team and is happy to work hands-on, looking for plenty of training within a unique and interesting work environment.The Role:

  • Leading a team of engineers
  • Scheduling, managing resources, and improving efficiencies in the business
  • Working hands-on with Electrical and Mechanical systems
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 4:30 pm
