Job Description

The Staffing Network is a National Temporary and Permanent Labour Provider.Due to ongoing growth, we are recruiting for our established Spalding Office.We are looking to speak to Driving Recruitment Consultants with good local working knowledge and the will to grow with a growing businessWe offer:-

  • Industry standard salary from approx £25,000 to £30,000 basic salary dependant on experiece
  • Hot desk - currently running between £7,000 and £12,000 margin per week
  • Excellent uncapped commission and bonus scheme including monthly margin commission and new client bonuses from day 1 ( current OTE average £47,000 )
  • Casual working environment with Polo shirts and dress down Friday
  • 9am - 5pm work hours with early finish Friday if your work is done
  • Achievable targets based on your skill sets
  • Mobile phone and laptop
  • Team environment - shared on call duties
  • Regular reviews with full team support

We require
  • Driving Agency Recruitment experience
  • Business Development including new business and warm client sales
  • The ambition to grow and build your desk / division
  • Experience dealing with driver hours and compliance
  • The ability to communicate with our workforce - including British, Polish, Lithuanian, Romanian, Latvian and Bulgarian to name but a few nationalities in our diverse workforce.
  • The will to succeed with support from Management Team
