Job Description

The Staffing Network is a National Temporary and Permanent Labour Provider.Due to ongoing growth, we are recruiting for our established Spalding Office.We are looking to speak to Driving Recruitment Account Managers with good local working knowledge and the will to grow with a growing business.The role is as dedicated recruiter / servicer to a single contract in the Spalding area.We offer:-

  • Industry standard salary from approx £22,000 to £25,000 basic salary dependant on experiece
  • Excellent uncapped team commission and bonus scheme including monthly margin commission and new client bonuses from day 1
  • Casual working environment with Polo shirts and dress down Friday
  • 9am - 5pm work hours with early finish Friday if your work is done
  • Mobile phone and laptop
  • Team environment - shared on call duties
  • Regular reviews with full team support

We require
  • Driving Agency Recruitment or on site experience
  • No sales
  • Experience dealing with driver hours and compliance
  • The ability to communicate with our workforce - including British, Polish, Lithuanian, Romanian, Latvian and Bulgarian to name but a few nationalities in our diverse workforce.
  • The will to succeed with support from Management Team
