Deputy Head of Customer ContactLocation: Spalding, Horncastle or BostonSalary: £42,355 - £47,346 per annumCan you oversee the delivery of a high-quality busy Customer Contact service, supporting over 300,000 residentsAre you someone who focuses on high performance and exceptional serviceDo you thrive in a fast-paced environmentAre you focused on building strong engaged working relationshipsIf you answer “yes” to all of the above, this is a role that will interest you.The RolePSPS is looking for a Deputy Head of Customer Contact, to join our growing and ambitious service.This role is an exciting opportunity to help shape and improve the delivery of front-line services to the company, Partnership, along with residents and be part of its future. This role does require travel across multi sites to our clients based in Lincolnshire.As the Deputy Head of Customer Contact, you will be responsible for the operational planning, delivery and management of the service, providing a tactical approach to service delivery and performance expectations for the Company and its Clients. A seniormanager, who will deputise for the Head of Customer Contact, working with stakeholders and partners to deliver services in a pressurised environment. Working closely with the Customer Contact Management team, you will help shape the service to ensure it ispositioned to support delivery of innovation and transformation, as well as a continued programme of improvements to residents and service development.This is a regional role. Whilst the role will be based at either Horncastle, Boston or Spalding, there will be expectations for regular travel across all sites.The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Demonstrate significant experience of managing a large Customer focused and facing team (over 50) in a senior manager role.
  • Experience in managing the delivery of front-line services for customers and stakeholders against agreed Service Levels.
  • Experience of high-level logistics and delivery
  • You will have strong influencing skills.
  • Provide positive leadership and balance multiple and changing priorities.
  • Promote team working and collaboration.
  • Develop innovative solutions to deliver efficiencies.
  • Drive and improve service performance, quality and satisfaction.
