This role does require travel across multi sites to our clients based in Lincolnshire.As the Deputy Head of Customer Contact, you will be responsible for the operational planning, delivery and management of the service, providing a tactical approach to service delivery and performance expectations for the Company and its Clients. A seniormanager, who will deputise for the Head of Customer Contact, working with stakeholders and partners to deliver services in a pressurised environment. Working closely with the Customer Contact Management team, you will help shape the service to ensure it ispositioned to support delivery of innovation and transformation, as well as a continued programme of improvements to residents and service development.This is a regional role. Whilst the role will be based at either Horncastle, Boston or Spalding, there will be expectations for regular travel across all sites.The successful candidate will be able to:
