Job Description

Cover SupervisorContract: Full-timeLocation: SpaldingPay Rate: £80 - £100 per dayGSL Education Lincolnshire is hiring Cover Supervisors for positions in Spalding. Join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of teachers.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage students during teacher absences.
  • Ensure a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff for smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Full compliance with GSL Educations standards and policies.
  • Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
