Childrens Residential Home ManagerAre you an established leader with a proven track record of successfully managing childrens services, who strives for excellence in all aspects of your working lifeLincolnshire County Councils Regulated Services isseeking a permanent Homes Manager to lead and manage a team of Residential Care Officers in our long term childrens home situated on the edge of Spalding.About the roleOur aim is to achieve family reunification, or alternatively work towards other preferredchoices which may be to remain at Albion Street, foster care, independent living, supported lodgings, or specialised residential care. As the Registered Manager you will want to go above and beyond in ensuring that the children you and your care team lookafter have a children experience that they will reflect on and carry with them into adulthood, enriching their lives.The ideal candidate for this role will be resilient and have a passion for what you do on a day-to-day basis; able to take accountability andresponsibility for the service, always ensuring the best possible service for those living and working within it. We would be interested in hearing from people with different hobbies such as Arts & Craft, Groundwork, DIY, Woodwork etc.About the teamAlbionStreet, provides care and accommodation for 6 young people with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties between the ages of 8 years and 17 years. Our friendly team is made up of inspiring Residential Care Officers who create a safe, nurturing and stimulatingenvironment for children and young people that live here.
