Support Workers Needed!We are looking to recruit a Childrens Support Worker in the Gedney, Spalding area. As part of the team, you will be working with experienced support workers and managers in order to create a safe environment and provide care to young people aged 8-17 dealingwith Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.Basic Information -Title - Young Persons Support WorkerPay - Up to £29,000 annually with the opportunity for progressionSleep Rate - £62.64 (Not waking nights)Location - Gedney, SpaldingHours - 37.5 weekly with an average of 5 sleeps a monthFull-Time RoleAs a core member of the team, youll be expected to work autonomously and provide the best care possible for service users. This can range from climbing and baking cakes to weekend activities away!To protect the children and young people from any risks to their health and welfare.To provide emotional and practical support to the young people within your home.To be successful in the role we do ask for a few requirements, these being:Be over the age of 21Have a driving license and access to a vehicleSome type of experience - working in care, working with children or life experience is welcomed!
