Job Description

Business Support ClerkSalary: £21k Per AnnumPermanentSpalding (PE11)Are you a proactive and organised person looking for a new challengeAre you a Business Support Clerk looking for a full time, permanent position in Spalding. This position will give you great exposure within the business and will develop your communication skills, as you will be assisting various teams with administration duties. This busy and varied role will utilise your prioritisingskills where you will need to be organised to be able to complete the workload required with as much efficiency as possible. You will work closely with the wider Business Support team so team work is key!Duties:

  • Photocopying, printing, document binding, document bundling, CD production, scanning
  • Operate case management system
  • Complete all new client Anti-Money Laundering Checks
  • Create new clients on the CMS system
  • Deed scheduling
  • Storing & retrieving deeds, Wills, EPAs including databasing
  • Deal with queries and enquiries from fee earners, Team Co-ordinators & secretaries
  • Deal with queries from clients/companies regarding location of deeds etc.
  • Assist the Operations team when required
  • Assist Operations & Support Manager with routine and ad hoc tasks/projects
