Job Description

We are searching for a driven Area Manager (Learning Disabilities), to operate throughout the Louth, Spalding, Lincoln, and Nottingham areas of the East Midlands. In this position, your job will see you working across multiple counties, so the perfect candidate will be prepared to travel. As a result, it is essential that you hold a full, valid UK driving license, and have access to your own vehicle. Are You a Determined Manager As an Area Manager, you will to oversee the day to day running of a variety of services throughout the area. You will be the main contact for a engaged management team.Having an outgoing personality and an ability to maintain strong relationships with your team will be a fantastic asset. You will uphold a strong knowledge of the daily workings of each site, encouraging the individual skillsets and assets of multiple staff members.You will act as a mentor, teaching best practices and skills, ensuring that your region is performing to the highest possible standards - always striving to achieve outstanding CQC ratings. An integral part of the role is to grow and develop the service across the region and maximise the business potential. What are the Benefits and Requirements

  • In this job, you will be rewarded with a salary of £38,000 - £40,000 DOE;
  • You must hold a Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care;
  • It is essential that you have prior experience of overseeing multiple care services;
  • Experience of working with service users with Learning Difficulties is essential;
  • An exemplary knowledge and insight into CQC Regulations and Ratings is essential.
