We are searching for a driven Area Manager (Learning Disabilities), to operate throughout the Louth, Spalding, Lincoln, and Nottingham areas of the East Midlands. In this position, your job will see you working across multiple counties, so the perfect candidate will be prepared to travel. As a result, it is essential that you hold a full, valid UK driving license, and have access to your own vehicle. You will uphold a strong knowledge of the daily workings of each site, encouraging the individual skillsets and assets of multiple staff members.You will act as a mentor, teaching best practices and skills, ensuring that your region is performing to the highest possible standards - always striving to achieve outstanding CQC ratings.
