Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a leading Horticulture Business based in Spalding area. Due to continues growth and success of the business, we are pleased to be able to assist with an Area Leader for their one of many sitesWe are looking to speak with applicant who can demonstrate commitment drive and management experience along with willingness to contribute to this fantastic business.If you are looking for a permanent job, please get in touch with us!Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth, safe running of the packing line (nursery experience essential)
  • To work alongside present supervisors
  • To ensure all product is packed to the correct specification
  • To ensure all paperwork is completed
  • To ensure all orders are completed and within budget
  • To ensure all labour costs are reported
  • To be hands on when required
  • To be cover weekends as required
  • To ensure all packing materials are available for the staff to use
  • To ensure clean as you go is adhered to
    • About You:
  • Hands on leader/ Team Leader
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Communicate with and encourage team members
  • Ability to follow procedures and work to deadlines
  • Have a can-do attitude
  • Have your own transport due to location
