About The RolePractice Plus Group are seeking anexperienced Senior Service Manager for our South West of England (Devon) IUC (Integrated Urgent Care) service!As the Senior Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team providing Out of Hours (OOH) services and Clinical Assessment Services (CAS) within Devon ensuring that operational and strategic objectives are achieved.You will do this by ensuring that all contractual requirements are achieved and compliancy met with relevant IUC Key Performance Indicators. You will also be the CQC Registered Manager and responsible to ensure compliance is met. There will also be responsibilities for the financial delivery of your contract.Devon IUC is a large service providing healthcare to 1.1 million residents. This role is responsible for the entire counties Out of Hours and Clinical Assessment Service. There will be regular travel required around the county with onsite presence every day.Other responsibilities included in your role will be to work closely with the 111 management team to field any questions or requirements relating to the 111 element of the IUC service. You will work closely with Operational, Medical and Nurse Lead to deliver the services safely whilst managing commissioner expectation, delivering monthly reports and attending contract meetings. Developing and coordinating team process, referrals, communications and management systems will play a key part in your role whilst also delivering personaland team objectives.This will be afull time, permanentrole with travel to other regional sites when required.The Successful Candidate Will Have:
