About The RolePractice Plus Group are seeking aPatient ExperienceCoordinatorfor our DevonClinical Assessment Service (CAS) service!As a Patient Experience Coordinator youll be an integral part of the healthcare team by bringing your administration skills and passion for care.You willoversee the administration and co-ordination of all complaints, compliments, healthcare professional feedback (HPF),incidents and concerns that are received for the region using the dedicated software, Datix. You will alsoact as a central point ofcontact, ensuring that all parties are kept informed of progress and any delays in response.Other duties inlcuded will be to carry out the investigation of complaints/service HPFs/incidents including retrieval of voice recordings/requesting audits etc., within the designated timescales andensure that datix is kept up to date, and to liaise withthe relevant managers to ensure that tasks and actions are managed and resolved in a timely manner.This is a Permanent,Part Timeposition. We are looking for someone to work x2 6 hour days and a total of 12 hours a week. Thisrole will be suitablefor someone looking to work around an existingpart time role or looking for a new Part Time position.The full time equivalentfor the is £26,237.05 per annum.About The CandidateThe Successful candidate will ideally have knowledge and understanding of the NHS 111 service and pathways and can be compassionate and able to interact with patients and healthcare professionals, whilstworking effectively and accurately.
